2 passionate collaborators, with a common goal of making the world a better place.
Josh is a 16-year-old young chef and entrepreneur. With a passion for international cuisine, he's focused on creating trendy yet approachable dining experiences that blend high-end techniques as well as local ingredients. Josh has been fundraising for over 4 years. Out of the kitchen, Josh is an avid runner and is half French. He's also an avid mixologist. He goes to school at the Lycée Français de New York and spends his time between NYC and the Catskills.
Youth 4 Youth is a philanthropic initiative co-founded by Joshua Small and Alexander Morris, two teenagers from New York City, aimed at supporting families with children battling cancer through the Ronald McDonald House New York (RMH-NY). The program brings together young people through food, hospitality, and community service to make a positive impact.
Alexander is a dynamic 16-year-old youth event organizer and planner, with a passion for hospitality and crafting memorable and inclusive experiences. He has previously volunteered and served on the Youth Advisory Boards of various non-profits including the Ronald McDonald House New York and the Billion Oyster Project. He currently attends Léman Prep High School and is fluent in French and Spanish, as well as on the Varsity Basketball and Tennis teams.
